5 Things to Verify Before You Order
Certification. EN 13240 and EN 16510 are the baseline for the European market. Ask for the test report tied to the specific model, not a general factory certificate.
Casting process. Sand casting quality varies by mold type and wall-thickness control. Ask how consistent wall thickness is held across a production run, not just on the sample.
Coating and hardware. High-temperature paint and door seals should be traceable to a named brand, not a generic “heat-resistant” claim with no spec sheet.
MOQ and flexibility. Standard finished-stove orders start at 30 units; OEM/ODM development orders start at 100 units. A supplier quoting far below this on a first order is usually reselling, not manufacturing.
Customization range. Because our molding line is manual, there’s no fixed size ceiling on new molds — we can develop a new design or modify an existing model’s dimensions, as long as the result is a compliant cast iron product.
Standard Sourcing Process
- Inquiry — send your target spec (heat output, dimensions, certification market) or an existing drawing.
- Sample or drawing confirmation — for standard models, a spec sheet is usually enough; for custom designs, we confirm drawings before tooling.
- Sampling (custom designs only) — typically 2–3 weeks from confirmed drawing to sample.
- Bulk production — scheduled once the sample or spec is signed off.
- Inspection — pre-shipment check against the confirmed spec.
- Loading and shipment — LCL or FCL, per your order volume.
